Returns:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
2. Ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Package the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Include the return authorization number on the package.
5. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

1. If the product is returned within 7 days of receipt and meets the return guidelines, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. If the product is returned after 7 days of receipt or does not meet the return guidelines, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Final Sale Items:

Some items may be marked as final sale, indicating that they are not eligible for return or refund. Please carefully review the product description before making a purchase.
